Shipping Policy
Most smaller items and new retail product are ship only with the $50.00 minimum to reach free shipping. If you are local and want to pick up items, please contact us before purchasing to see if that is an option.
Heavy or cumbersome equipment that is too costly to ship will be local pick up only at one of our norther Ohio locations. Pick up information will be available at checkout unless you contact us before purchase. Pick up locations are within 60 miles of Port Clinton, OH 43452.
Return & Exchange Policy
Most items are not eligible for returns due to the nature of this website's intention to sell at closeout prices. We have brand new retail shelf pulls, overstock, or old "new" stock from closed businesses. They are not re-stockable products that can be retuned for a new version since there's sometimes only one left. We try to put as much detail in the product description as possible to make sure you know what you are buying.
Heavy or other used equipment marked local pick up only can be checked prior to leaving the property. If an item is not as we described, a full refund will be given when the pick up is declined. There will be no refund once a product leaves the property.
